Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place.

Refunds & Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
1.1 The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
1.3 For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear may only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and intact.

They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or received in error.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Please note that shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
